Friday – Opening The Door
We begin gently… but directly. You may leave this session feeling curious, unsettled, or quietly intrigued. Perfect.

• UK: 6:00pm – 8:15pm
• US East: 1:00pm – 3:15pm
• US West: 10:00am – 12:15pm

A gentle but powerful opening to set the tone for the weekend.
Saturday – Looking Deeper
This is where things begin to open up. Saturday is deep dive day We’ll explore the sense of being a separate self… the feeling of being in control… and the subtle assumptions that sit underneath everyday experience.

There will be space for questions, live exploration, and direct inquiry. Again and again we will return to what is actually here, rather than what we think should be here.

• UK: 2:30pm – 8:30pm
• US East: 9:30am – 3:30pm
• US West: 6:30am – 12:30pm
Sunday – Letting it Settle
Sunday has a different feel. Quieter. Simpler. We allow everything to settle… and look again, perhaps more clearly now, at what has been here all along. There’s nothing to achieve. Nowhere to get to. And yet something may shift in a way that’s hard to put into words.

• UK: 2:30pm – 8:30pm
• US East: 9:30am – 3:30pm
• US West: 6:30am – 12:30pm

A softer but deeper day, allowing everything to settle and clarify.
Saturday and Sunday will include:
• 3 live sessions per day (around 90 minutes each) These will be fluid, organic and interactive with teaching elements, direct pointing, and ample time for questions.

• Short, optional guided explorations to explore between sessions. This is where the retreat continues, even when we’re not on Zoom.

• Breaks for rest, reflection, and refuelling
